West Covina Session Scheduling Options
A deposit in the amount of your session cost is required to reserve your session time slot. Once scheduled, sessions cannot be downgraded to a lower value, but you have the option to upgrade to a higher package. Session fees must be paid in full at the time of scheduling. These fees cover the time and talent of our photographers, retouching of selected yearbook images, and timely submission of your yearbook selection to the yearbook staff. All sessions are non-refundable, and downgrading sessions is not possible. Cancellations or appointment changes require at least a 24-hour notice. If you fail to show up or cancel after this window, your session fee will be forfeited, with no refund or application to a new session available. We ask only one parent, or guardians be present for the senior sessions, we are unable to accommodate multiple family members or children in our photography area. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session time to enjoy accommodations and prepare for your session. We ask your student arrives ready with clothing, hair and make-up done if needed. You will receive "after session" directions at the time of your senior session.

We offer a yearbook only session on a limited scheduling basis. This session offers 1 image taken in your schools required yearbook attire on the yearbook background. Images are not available to view, and your best image will be selected by PSS Imaging Staff and sent to your school for the yearbook. To schedule a free yearbook session, please contact a representative at (714) 630-7785. This session is not eligible to schedule online. A deposit of $25.00 is required to hold your session time. The $25.00 deposit will be refunded upon arrival to your session or can be applied to standard retouching.
